They are prompt to answer the phone and were very helpful with ordering an important part needed for our concert venue install. The part came fast and I received accurate updates and tracking along the way. Thank you guys!
Caveat emptor!! Here to confirm everyone else's experience with this company. They are shady on returns/refunds. I opened the package, took it out, realized it wasn't for me and put it back in the box. Returned it and they say there were scratches on it. Same thing with everyone else on here. They shame their customers and call them liars but they can't keep doing that and getting away with it forever. People wise up to the scam eventually. hours can be tricky as they close early but i was on the way before they closed so i called them and the owner was very nice to stay back after close to help me find and pick this sonos adapter i really needed! we had a very nice conversation too about DJing. support your local small businesses!!
