Placed an order for 10 items on Amazon through this seller They waited a few days then cancelled my order last minute. They did not honor their price. And now I’m stuck without the gear I ordered and needed before my event. I will never buy from this supplier ever again.

I received a part from AVL and just installed it in a audio mixer. It was a hard to find part but somehow they got it to me. Arrived in perfect condition and the mixer is now working as new. I will look here first for spare parts in the future.

3 to 5 day shipping. This is misleading. They first need to source it then they ship it. More than one week and no updates. This is for my personal use so I'm not too worried about it. But...I also am in charge of purchasing for a company who does A/V commercial work. Unfortunately they will not be filling any of my BoM orders for the company

Prepare to order equipment and days later find out they never had the equipment in stock to begin with. Not the place you want to chance time sensitive purchases.
