As you can see with several other reviews here, if there is a problem, you aren't going to get close to a full refund. I wish I had done better research on this company and I would have avoided donating $150 to their account for merely inspecting a metal bracket in the box and determining it was not the accurate one. Bought an amp. Wouldnt stay charged nor work. 2 other people tried. Bought extended warranty Returned item to only receive 1/3 of the cost. TOTALLY BAD FORM.
Just a simple, inexpensive switch for a wireless microphone, but still I got good communication even through a backorder delay (not their fault; nobody had one in stock). Genuine Shure part, perfect fit!
