I bought an item for $110. Thank god I bought it on Reverb because after doing research it seems that they don't like to refund. They never sent me the item. Didn't even create a shipping label. 2 weeks later, I contacted twice and no response for days. I decided to request a refund and nothing happened. So I contacted Reverb and thank god they were able to help me. AVLGear said it was "lost in shipping" but a shipping label was never created, and always said awaiting shipment. Contacted them to cancel order after it had weeks delay. Send item back and was promised refund. Never received refund and they contested my charge back. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDS. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. I will be pressing charges against them for credit card fraud. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
