Unethical, immoral, unprincipled : just a few words to describe the business practices of AVL Property Management. I cannot speak for the lodging as our dates did not end up working out. On the Service side, however, our experience was excellent. We had an out of the ordinary request that we did not think would be accommodated. Not only were they willing to accommodate but they responded within a couple hours to this unusual request. The details may not have worked out for this trip but I will definitely be staying at the Ledge House in the future.
October 20-22, 2017. It was my 60th Birthday Weekend! We stayed at Ticoa Lake House. It was absolutely Beautiful! The Home has every Amenity you can imagine! Beautiful view of the Lake! Huge Gourmet Kitchen and Great Room. Wet Bars, Fireplace, and SO MUCH MORE! We are talking about going again next year!
My family had a pre-Christmas 2016 respite at Roberts Loft and it turned out to be an experience worth repeating. The loft was perfect in every way. The location - the old S&W - has to be the best in Downtown Asheville. Very well appointed, nice kitchen. Handsome decor, etc. Up to date design to go along with the nostalgia. No negatives.
