I called because I needed a broken window at my house replaced. The Lady I talked to asked if it was an emergency, and I told her it was not. She took all of my information, I even spelled everything out for her, and she said she would call dispatch and let them know. - It is now 11 days later, and I still have not been contacted. Guess they don’t want my business.
Very friendly and professional staff. Nice waiting area but would suggest adding vending machines. NO complaints with service and customer care. We also received a can of glass cleaner for free! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Very professional, friendly, quick, and fair priced business. Had the windshield I needed and was able to come to me within 3 days of calling. Safelite and auto glass now couldn't do that. The guy was very nice, and fast you could tell he was experienced. Even gave us 2 cans of their glass cleaner no charge. Highly recommend!
They replaced the windshield in my truck after it was damaged by a rock. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
