The psychiatrists here are truly caring and have a lot of experience — I really appreciate their support.
I have been trying to get in contact for over 6 weeks with no response. My referral was sent by my GP and I got an automated text message saying they would be in touch within 2-3 weeks. I have tried calling, left a voicemail, and emailed a follow up. My email was 2 weeks ago now, and still nothing. Not even something to say they have received my communication attempts and will get back to me. From the other reviews I've seen, it seems that this is standard for them.
