As a neuropsychologist who used to work closely with her, I strongly recommend Dr. Fried at Aviva. She was amazing with patients of all ages with a variety of concerns. I can honestly say that virtually everyone she worked with saw marked improvement within weeks to months. She was empathetic, direct when needed, and her clients loved her.
Overpriced and ageist. The first therapist they set me up with canceled before our first appointment, claiming I was too old for her. They then refused to schedule me with anyone else until I paid them for my first visit, which I wasn’t into given that first experience. Took forever and lots of back and forth (gaslighting) but they finally relented…I think because the therapist they set me up with got involved and convinced them to be reasonable with me. I and my wife received top-notch help for one of our teenaged kids - and a picture-perfect referral to a specialist provider that other professionals neglected to surface and suggest.
