Like 90% of others have said, this insurance company is trash. Anytime you call you will be waiting on hold for several hours with an annoying message cutting the hold music out every 10 seconds saying "thank you for your patience, your call has been put into priority sequence".... Yea 2-3 hour hold times is priority heh? Im already talking with my broker to switch companies.
I was insured with them for 4 years for home and auto, and they let my coverage for auto lapse! Then when I immediately tried to get them to reinstate it I had to email and call them over and over again for three weeks. They made me submit the same documents twice for no good reason, and they only emailed back after 3-5 business days each time. If you ever wonder how the worst nightmare looks like just have your car insurance with them thats all you have to do rest they will care. they are quite good at it trust me. Cause I had one car insured under them and thats all it took for them to ruin your life and experience with these insurance companies cause once you have claim to file there common sense will disappear and you will think you talking and trying to explain it to the infants and get your money.
