Absolutely useless, don't even try to get a hold of them, you go thru automated steps and at the end it says they are too busy and then disconnect you. Seriously.
They increased my insurance today by 25$ under the pretext the new place I moved to, 600m from the old one, is more risky. The community if anything is better, by no means 25$ a month extra premium for higher risk.
I have been a member of this company for about two years. I have encountered many problems with this company. They do not have customer service and the prices are fixed and do not change.
I have to make it clear that I have never had issues with AVIVA on home & auto claims in past 10+ years, most of the advisors I dealt with are quick and professional on processing claims. The only problem I had encountered up to date was this advisor named Renata Tuzimek (Apparently working in Calgary office). Below is a list of issues she had caused on a simplest claim: 1.
