My experience only .Two female adjusters worked on my case were good, communicated with me and finalized my case in a reasonable time frame. Two male adjusters that handle my case were terribly bad. They ignored multiple emails, voice messages and phone calls from me made me feel that they didn't care about their customers. One of them is a 100% lier, never followed what he promised. Beware, very high prices, terrible customer service and forms required to fill out extremely difficult!! Walk away!!
Our new house had two cracks in the foundation. It was supposed to have a 2-5-10 warranty. This insurance company said the warranty was void because "Jason Powell Construction" dug a trench for the drainage from the fence to the house. As a result, water got into our basement through the two cracks. Even after the trench was filled in, water continued to get into the crawl space.
