Wow! I accidentally swam with my hearing aids still in & was horrified to find they were irrecoverably damaged. Replacing them was a daunting expense as the technology has soared along with the cost since 5 years ago when I first got them. Admittedly, I felt quite sheepish filing a claim, but the adjuster who called me (within 12 hrs!), made me feel at ease & she genuinely empathized with my plight, seeming to work super hard to get approval asap. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

If I could give minus stars I would. We’ve used their insurance for a number of years without any claims. Unfortunately, we had a leak two years ago. Working with the claims department was a disaster, but finally got resolved. Within two years we had a bike theft, which took six months to resolve. The claims department is so disorganized. We had several different adjusters on our case, we were never informed when it was being changed. Each adjuster had us fill out incorrect forms which wasted so much time.
