The app that tracks driving is beyond tedecious and not worth the effort. If you don't constantly use the app every time you are in a vehicle, it will automatically mark you as a driver and lower your score like crazy when you dont go back and change every single option to passanger.
I'm sad to see all of these negative reviews. I've been dealing with Aviva for at lease 8 years now. I've had 2 accident claims and a windshield replacement. My broker Siamara has been fantastic. Always answers my calls and emails or calls me back in a timely manor. My most recent accident was dealt with so quickly.
