My boat was broken into September 30 long weekend. This is November 1. Worst insurance company ever! Screwed me on both my home and car insurance. Charged me 2 months premiums penalty for selling my car!
I am extremely disappointed with this insurance company’s claims service. The adjuster has been nearly impossible to reach, and the only communication I receive is emails pressuring me to release my vehicle from the tow yard. I start work at 6:00 a.m., and without my car, I have to rely on public transit, walking, and expensive taxis. The company has shown no consideration for my situation. If you value proper claims support and customer service, I would think twice before choosing this insurer. Didn’t choose anymore
