I am extremely disappointed with this insurance company’s claims service. The adjuster has been nearly impossible to reach, and the only communication I receive is emails pressuring me to release my vehicle from the tow yard. I start work at 6:00 a.m., and without my car, I have to rely on public transit, walking, and expensive taxis. The company has shown no consideration for my situation. If you value proper claims support and customer service, I would think twice before choosing this insurer. Didn’t choose anymore

After 17 years of being a dedicated and loyal member my home insurance spiked up to close to $400 a month for a home worth less than $100k with all the add ons I don’t need from AVIVA! Unbelievable! Canadian politicians, please read this. I know you're trying to make a point about EVs and the environment, but my insurance skyrocketed from $136 to $575 a month after buying a newer electric vehicle—a vehicle you're trying to mandate! It's more than my car payment. This is high robbery! We're being scammed by insurance companies, and nobody cares.
