If a minus star was possible, I would give them a couple of minus stars. They are more of a scammer than insurers. Please take your business somewhere else before you are scammed too. I had a months-long saga with them to get my vehicle repaired, which is still going on. The communication is atrocious, unprofessional and deceptive. Horrible experience
Abysmal times to answer phones. Hours wasted on hold. Websites are non-functional and always seem to be down for "temporary errors". Competitive rates don't matter if you can't file a claim.
The auto side of this company is an absolute joke. I have spent a total of over 6 hours for a simple auto accident when I lady plowed into me at a red light. After this company sent me an email with my updated documents and insurance slips (months ago for this calendar year 2025), sent me hard copies in mail they said I don’t have the assigned poly number in their system.
