I have been dealing with an adjuster name Eric Reboly for almost 2 years now who works for Aviva. He has been the worst person I have ever dealt with my entire life. He has been playing games with me since the beginning. When it comes to things he has to approve he takes months before he approves it. The worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. Insurance policy went from $60/month to $307/month. When I called to ask why they did that the first person said it's just the Ontario increases. Next person I spoke to said it's from an accident almost 6 years ago. They kept transferring me back and forth to different agents which had no idea what they were talking about. I told them I am cancelling and they told me it's $200 to cancel. I have cancelled and will never use them again.
Stay away from this company! If you ever need to use your insurance it will be a painful experience. They took 43 days to payout on a car that they deemed a write-off and provided no additional compensation for the delay. They sent me to their complaint officer, but I have heard nothing back and don't expect any additional compensation from such an awful company.
Don't go with aviva.
CAN ONLY ADD TO A POLICY for 11 months?? WHY AND WTH? I will not renew next term
