Worst insurances I have ever dealt with. I Can never get a call back. And every time I fill out there complicated paper work they ask for another.

Not surprised ratings are poor. What a bad company, I can't believe PC is dealing with them now. You guys are so rude, you hang up on clients , you don't help clients.
My experience with Aviva has been terrible. I was involved in a no-fault accident, yet they decided to put my claim under investigation for months without any clear justification. It has now been over two months, and my situation is still unresolved. What makes it worse is that they continue charging my monthly premium while leaving me without a covered repair or rental car and in the end didn't pay me for my car.
