It was only our second experience in having to deal with a claim with Aviva. The first time, it was very easy, we were very satisfied with the result. It was dealing with a lost item. This last time, there had been damage to the property so it more involvement was required, but our adjuster made it very easy, she explained the procedure, explained the options, and connected us to a very professional contractor.
