They change the policy without advising and saying they sent an email ?? Which is only open the link ? There’s no call no letter no mail with specific information And when I reach for cancellation they charges an amount which was never said in the beginning and when the guy on the phone was saying they don’t say anything about it until the client ask for DOESNT WORK LIKE THAT ! They had to inform the +- during the process ! It’s was my worst experience with aviva ! Never going back to them ?

had a very bad experience with Aviva car insurance, and I would strongly advise others to stay away. They are not transparent, their billing is confusing, and they charge amounts without clear explanation. After my policy ended, I suddenly received a collection notice for a small amount that was never clearly communicated to me before. Instead of contacting me properly, they sent the file directly to a collection agency, which negatively affects credit scores and causes unnecessary stress. Refuse d’assurer nos autos, parce qu’on a un garage de mecanique a domicile??? Grosse perte de temps au téléphone, prendre des photos des vehicules de chaque côté et apres nous refuse, je précise que nous avons un excellent dossier d’assurance auto,moto,maison,sans aucune réclamation etc....

J'ai eu une expérience très désagréable avec cet assureur et à en juger par les autres avis, je suis loin d'être le seul ! C'est une très mauvaise compagnie, ils ont aucun égard pour leurs clients. À fuir absolument.
