Had to give one star because zero wasn’t an option. I was with this insurance company for 7 years, in January this year my partner got in an accident. Trying to get our truck moved from tow yard to garage took 2 weeks and 4 phone calls with different agents who all couldn’t communicate properly with each other or me.
