I called to have a tech come and fix a problem with removing debris that prevented the pump from draining that slipped into that area "Kyle" the tech was so rude and arrogant he was so unprofessional I wanted him to leave immediately. (I should have ). I actually had the owner of the company at my home to work on my Fisher & Paykel washing machine. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable of the brand, but his customer service is second to none. It's no wonder Aviv has cornered the Charleston market in appliance repairs!
Great Customer service and well trained techs!
The office personnel were professional and friendly. The technician, Nate, arrived early, diagnosed the problem, explained the cost, and after I approved the work, he fixed the problem with my washing machine. Nate then tested the machine and explained how it happened. Five star service all around.
