We called Aviv to service our dishwasher in Nov 2020. They first came out Dec 2020 and were unable to fix the dishwasher. They came out a total of 5 times, with 2 different technicians (charging us over $400 total for parts, labor and the 89 fee for coming out). They still could not fix it. They would not offer a refund on the labor. I contacted samsung and the technician came out 1 time and fixed it. This was about a month ago. The dishwasher has been working ever since. RecommendedOur two year old dryer stopped drying the wash. The repairman found it was an issue with the 220 outlet. He was able to temporarily fix it but could have also just replaced the heating unit and I would have been non the wiser. I was very impressed with his troubleshooting and honesty! Aviv be the first company I call for appliance repair now!

I have used Aviv numerous times for home appliance repair. Recently, Joe repaired my washer and and my fridge. He was prepared, friendly, efficient and very neat. The support staff does a great job of communicating. I recommend Aviv for appliance repairs
My drain pump was clogged and wanted it to be cleaned before replacing, the service tech told me it can't and I need a new drain pump. We had this happen before on another washing machine, but he replied that this model you can not do that. Which is a lie, it is just not easy to do
After using them for over 15+ years I will find a new company. I called this morning for a refrigerator repair. They can give me an appointment for 11 days out. Seriously, 11 days. But, if I want someone today, they will gladly send a service tech for a $250 premium fee on top of regular fees. They said this to a loyal customer. In my business, I would NEVER throw my customers away. This demonstrates a lack of integrity and fair trade practice.
