Every time I go in, the staff is lovely and make the check in process quick and easy. I always feel seen and heard when I am describing my problem and they answer all my questions. The provider that I usually see Is Rachel and she is amazing, she is patient and takes the time to listen and understand all of my concerns and comes up with a solution that I am truly comfortable with. I recommend the Avita Shelby Walk In Clinic for sure!
Angela Jameson and all of the nurses working here are an absolute delight! Angela takes her time and is thorough with her exam to diagnose the illness and injuries. Our most recent visit was for an illness and she took wonderful care of my daughter. Very pleased with the care and diagnosis. Will be back!
Avita has never disappointed. Me and my family have been here multiple times since opening when needed for non emergency services. They are always quick and friendly. Rachel has been our provider several times. Great place! Thanks avita
