I seen Rachel today and it was a 5/5 experience quick in and out. Very helpful.
Wonderful experience. This office is open from 8am til 8 pm. My normal convenient care takes appointments as well as walk-ins and they were all booked up yesterday. I walked in here about 4:30 and was seen and treated in 1/2 hour. My provider was so nice. Sorry I can't remember her name. It will be nice to have this option for care

Every time I go in, the staff is lovely and make the check in process quick and easy. I always feel seen and heard when I am describing my problem and they answer all my questions. The provider that I usually see Is Rachel and she is amazing, she is patient and takes the time to listen and understand all of my concerns and comes up with a solution that I am truly comfortable with. I recommend the Avita Shelby Walk In Clinic for sure!
