I read the reviews about the prescriptions and I am very much inclined to agree. The medications are affordable here, so I don't think they deserve a 1-star rating, but the pharmacy is seriously a hassle to deal with long term. They need a modern automated system for managing and notifying customers about prescriptions. They seem a little behind in that regard. The prescriptions are cheap but the workers will call and say your prescriptions are ready and then they won't be ready when you get there. Sometimes it takes up to 4 days to get them filled even after dr fills the prescription. Most of the service people are rude. Y'all need to put the lady with the curly hair and glasses that was in the front at the Tulane building back up there. She is a delight and makes my day when I get her. I love this place they treat you not like a number Ma Cheryl and her team went above and beyond to help with my husband's medicine. They were supportive, encouraging and very compassionate. They have a sliding scale for those in need . And very knowledgeable about this profession. I'm always greeted with respect and a smile.
