My mother has been at Avita Newburyport for about 5 months. I have found everyone there to be professional, attentive and caring. Our experience has been exactly as they described in the tour. Everyone is friendly, helpful and joyful everyday.
My husband was a resident at Avita of Newburyport until his death in December. The staff at Avita were kind, caring and unfailingly professional with both he and I during his stay. The office staff and the Autumn caretakers were supportive and comforting for us during a very difficult time. I would recommend Avita of Newburyport without reservation to care for your loved one.
I have been a mobile x-ray tech for 8+ years and i would just like to say out of all the facilities I visit on a daily basis Avita Newburyport is one of the best! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Mary and Eileen at the front desk always greet me with a smile and make my visits easy and smooth helping me to check in and locate residents. Place is ok. Not the best for employment. Barely give you any hours and treat you like you are nothing more than half the time. Very disappointed with this facility and how it works. A lot of fakeness with the people who run the facility. They let me go, had me come all the way in 35 minute drive mind you to let me go.
