Switching to AVITA from our previous pharmacy, we didn’t know such fast and accurate customer service existed! AVITA responds to messages, they have prescriptions filled very promptly. They have a lot of buying ability and have rarely ever been out of stock of medications. 5 stars.
Everyone is so kind
If their hours say they close at 8 pm they should close at 8 pm. Not workers shutting the window and walking out 5 minutes early. If I make it there to pick up my medication 5 minutes before they’re supposed to close it’s a little ridiculous that I now can’t get it.
Avita is a real good hospital the doctors and nurses are great
Being told times for meds and then them keep getting pushed off is exhausting and frustrating. Got there at 11 was told an hour to get my meds refilled, live 45 mins away so I sat and waited.. hour and a half later I call to check since I need my meds and get told I have to wait another hour and a half. This is ridiculous.. so that means either sit and wait 3 hours for meds or go home without them. It’s ridiculous.
