I was in today for a CT scan at 9:45 was great nice friendly people. I was sent to pulmonary to do a 6 min walk test. I left my scan at 10am. Sat at pulmonary till 11:20. No one came out. No one bothered to check see if anyone out there sitting. I seen 4 to 5 employees gone in and out. But no one bothered to stop ask me anything. This isn't the first time. My grandmother has been seen by Avita in Galion and Ontario. The quality of patient care is deplorable. She has had routine blood draws, MRI’s, CT scans and constant switching of medications. Three times they have failed her. Each time she went in, she came out worse. The most recent time was due to a sudden loss of appetite and inflammation of the stomach. I was in there last week horrible horrible experience . Ashley from breathing department was beyond rude . Didn’t explain what she was doing . Was mean when I asked and got an altitude. They try to put this machine on me to wear . Didn’t understand why and still don’t . Have never had that happened . I would have liked for her just to tell me why . I will try and avoid her and that place if I can .

Was in there last week . Ashley I think her name was in respiratory had a mole or something on her face was rude . Came in turned my oxygen down as I was telling her not to cause I wear that at home and she yelled back at me saying I didn’t need it . Later on asked for a treatment and they said they called her and she never came . I guess I didn’t need that either . Then she was outside my room talking about a patient and there family to were I could hear every word . Not sure I want to go back after that .

Patient comes into er having chest pain . Er doctor treated for acid reflux after family expressing concern of patient still having chest pain . The ER Dr admitted but acted like it was nothing . Dr Heddleson came in when patient got to icu . He told the patient that they was fine and not having a heart attack and he was discharging home . Had appt today for bone density test. Waited in line so long that it made me late for my appointment. Doctor Stainbrook wanted tests done immediately and to see him in 2 weeks. They scheduled me 3 months out. I walked to his office to question why so long to see him. They said that's the earliest I could see him. I asked if they had a cancellation list & was told no. No matter where you go to a Vita there's only a few people there but you have to wait and wait and wait it's ridiculous you're sick and you have to wait

Avita billing is horrible. We are constantly getting overbilled or double billed for services. It is very frustrating to continue to battle the same people over and over again. Unfortunately, there are not many options in the area. My husband had a medical procedure a few weeks ago. We paid in full on the day of service (told we get a discount to pay the same day. Horrible. ER nurses would rather be on their phones and cussing instead of checking in their patients. Worst treatment and experience ever
