Won’t ever be going here again. They messed my wife’s arm up with a needle, refused to take accountability and still charged us thousands of dollars. They clearly don’t care about their patients.

I was in the emergency room on June 7th. The nurse told me to undress everything from waist up. She didn’t leave the room, she didn’t help me with the gown, and she kept looking at me while I was undressing. Another nurse just came walking in right as I exposed my chest. It made me feel completely violated. The nurse then went on to insert an IV into my arm, and I told her that it was not in correctly. My son had to get blood work done and he is so terrified of needles that he has extremely high anxiety and every time he has screamed n cried but this time he was different he didn't cry or scream and asked where the pain was I just want to thank who ever drew my son's blood at galion avita for being gentle and kind and insuring he didn't even feel any pain as a mom it's hard to see your child go thru what terrifies them but you had compassion and that' means more to me than I can even say ,thankyou 🩷

I'm not sure of the young lady's name but she acted as if we had been friends forever. Easy to talk to and we had a lot in common. Hope she can see this. She also works as a vendor at home Notre Dame football games. When she seen my Ohio State tattoos that is what struck up the conversation. Wish there were more in the healthcare field like her. She makes it much more tolerable.
