●●This review is purely on the lady at the front desk. I can't speak on the doctors here.●● The dark haired lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude to us when we came in! They had changed my client's appointment, and left a voice-mail to tell her on a phone she didn't have access to. (Okay, not their fault.) From check to n to check out every one was great. Although my first time at the Orthopedic Institute, I was already familiar with Denver from having my mother there in law as a patient in Ontario Hospital to me being in there twice. I’ve always appreciated Denver’s bed side care. He is truly committed, compassionate, & friendly to all of his patients!
