Absolutely awful staff! We waited in the lobby for our appointment for an hour, just to be told they needed to reschedule! Incredibly rude and disrespectful staff.
Awful experience, they do not listen, they do not keep up with vital information, everything you say is skewed and taken out of context, Run! Run far away from this place!
I know a child who goes here bc she has problems with her home life and the kids therapist mentioned as “Leah” breaks client patient confidentiality by telling their biological mother everything she’s trying to cope with, so when there is a problem she gets in trouble for speaking up about it. I find this absolutely disgraceful... this institution should have a better trained child therapist before it gets sued!!! whom wouldn’t do that to any child but help them feel safe to talk about how they feel!
I honestly can't believe that people have to come here for help with their mental well-being. The receptionists are some of the most narcissistic, cold and completely empty people I have ever met. Totally love bringing my kids here.
