Horrible customer service, which really makes me question the work. I had two tasks, one of which was relatively simple, and over a month of valuable time was completely wasted. After the initial helpful visit from Kate, she was very slow to respond (I had to follow up) and then just stopped responding all together. AVIT set up our conference room for Zoom meetings, installing a mounted TV and camera. They accommodated every request we made and took the time to assure we were happy with the final set up. Very pleased with their services and would highly recommend.

I have worked closely with AVIT Service through the company/office I work with. It is always a pleasure to work with them. When we needed work done in our conference room spaces, the ypresented us with two budget friendly options. They installed all AV equipment both quickly and professionally. We look forward to continue working with them for all our audio visual needs.

We have used AVIT Service for several jobs in our professional office. We have a large conference room that splits into two smaller rooms and needed TVs installed along with wiring for projection usage which they handled seamlessly. They are always professional, on-time, and are very affordable. We will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone!
