I mean yeah it’s affordable but when you shell out HUNDREDS in pest repellant because even though we pay for pest control I’ve only seen them one time. The roach problem is out of control but they let people with young kids live here. The cat problem is out of hand and don’t seem to care when people leave food out for the stray cats. There are cracks in the concrete on the balcony to the point I can’t let my kid play outside, not to mention the cracks in the walls. Muy mal servicio recomiendo q busquen más opciones viví hay y una ratonera y demaciadas cucarachas , mal servicio de parte de los trabajadores y gerente techos a punto de caerse tienen para mantener la oficina arreglada más no para arreglar los departamentos las fotos mostradas son solo filtros nada q ver con la realidad de lo q son esos departamentos
Muy mal estos apartamentos para vivir no recomiendo para nada , ratones y cucarachas y sobre todo que está deteriorado se cae a pedasos por favor tome otras opciones más si tienes hijos
