Everyone was very polite. Staff often couldn't answer basic questions about keto. No support if you fall off the wagon or miss an appointment. 03/27/24 Chad, (the GM?) gives further evidence of my review below. No response for over a year. When he does, he implies I'm being less than honest. Then says it's ok to contact him, but no contact info or aparent concern. Again, no support. Jim, are you telling the whole story? With the assistance of Dr. Raman and her dedicated staff, I am finally on my way to successful and sustainable weight loss. The program I am following for this journey is straightforward and uncomplicated. All food groups in the nutrition pyramid are included so it seems I am never missing out on variety and daily menu possibilities.
