We have been an Avista customer since 2004. Have always found them easy to deal with. When we do have outages communication is immediate and updated throughout. Repairs are fast, much faster than their competitors! Always restored in minutes to hours, not days like their competition. Thanks Avista!!!!

It was very easy to set up autopay BUT try to get a human is impossible. I hate computer calls.

Wow. Never have I ever had such bad customer service. Ever had to talk to the after hours emergency gal tonight and she was awful. This company has no empathy for people at all! If you can avoid them do it! There rates are outrageous. Switching to propane will pay for itself almost in the first year!

Nothing more than necessary was disturbed, and when it was all closed up, there was little evidence of what was done. ... read more
