We smelled gas, so shut everything off and called Avista. By the time Chris arrived, we'd discovered that the BBQ had been bumped on. Chris was so kind about being called out for nothing, did a thorough safety check and got everything up and running for us again.

Avista has always been willing to work with me, creating arrangements and such. I don’t qualify for the SNAP or anything like that. I find if I am up front and keep my arrangements, they have been more than fair and willing to work with me—like right now when I found out I need a new left front wheel since mine is cracked. An unplanned expense. I called Avista to ask for time and they gave it.
