I just had a procedure here and felt so taken care of from the minute I walked in the door! Billing was super easy. The pre op and post op nurses, Erika and Steph, took great care of me and explained everything along the way. It’s a small surgery center so I felt like I got personal attention the entire time and they answered all my questions. It was so very clean and I felt comfortable having surgery there.
Glad I got my surgery here, as I felt supported during the majority of my surgical journey. I was not an easy patient, as I started throwing up immediately before surgery & then tried to fight everyone while still coming out of anesthesia, but the surgical team did a great job dealing with me! The only issue was that Erika seemed to be unwilling to use the correct pronouns for me, which is very important to consider when providing gender-affirming surgery.
ZERO STARS: I prepaid for my surgery in full several months in advance. When I decided I wanted to cancel, they took 5+ weeks to issue my refund, resulting in me only barely making my rent and bills. There is absolutely NO excuse for this and I would never trust them to handle my medical care. As agonizing as it was to get them to refund my money, I'm SO glad that my care was never placed in their hands.
I had excellent care at the center. Surgery went off without a hitch. They were caring Have great post op instructions before and after surgery. Margo was the best.
I had surgery 6 months ago , and it turns out that the nurse left the thread in the wound, I call them and explain and send the picture, and the answer from the nurse was I should've remove myself, Erika who is the nurse does no care about the patient, what matters to them is charging because the surgery is not cheap. I don't recommend this place because they not professional.
