I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Avista Sun City West Memory Care. The way my family and I were treated was very unprofessional and upsetting, especially during such an emotional and difficult time. Before moving my dad in, we were told certain things that gave us confidence in choosing this facility, but after he was there, many of those promises were not followed through with. I recently toured the cottages at this community. The staff were friendly and the residents were well cared for. One was actually able to move their friendly dog in as well. It warmed my heart to know that they could bring their dear friend along with them!
Avista Sun City West has great caregivers who care about the residents. They cared for my sister very well while she stayed there and the feeling there is that it’s more than just a job to care for the residents. The management staff all checked in throughout the day and treated us like family while we visited. Genuine professional environment is at Avista Sun City West.
Wonderful company with great leadership. The community actually cares and helps all in need .
