As a family, we feel so blessed our mom is now living at Avista. She is safe, and all of her needs are met. The staff here are compassionate to everyone, and well trained to help with any circumstance that may arise. Avista is one large family, and it’s so nice to hear my mom calling Avista her home. Mom loves it. She's got a bunch of new friends, enjoys the many activities, loves the food, has a great time with staff...it's a new, exciting world! This is a great place for her...and I see it in the other residents, too.
AVista Senior Living has truly been a blessing for both Mom and our entire family. After being abruptly moved from Montana to Spokane due to a medical emergency we determined that staying in Spokane was best for Mom. Navigating this process from out of state was definitely challenging but Doug Koyle and his team worked with us, the skilled nursing facility she was transferred from and anyone else who needed to be involved to make the transfer as easy as possible. Everyone is so kind and helpful. We are very happy with our decision to go there.
