These people are awesome. I met Liz and Brittany and they were super super nice. Their ED, Stacy seemed super busy each time I visited but overall everyone here was super nice. They also have an active chapel and residents seem like they are friends with staff. Great to see.
I've been here for almost a year and a half and since my accident I've been to 7 other facilities and this one is by far the best one .I would recommend this place to anyone looking for place for there loved ons
Absolutely a wonderful place. I searched the gauntlet of care facilities in the Meas area and none were as nice and reasonably priced, as Avista. Great staff, great location, great food and a wonderful caring feeling that just hugs you all over! Special thanks to Stacy Z Executive Director, Adam C Plant Operations Director and all the other staff at the facility. Thanks for making my Dad feel so warm and welcome in his time of need. You are ALL very wonderful!
This place is disrespectful to senior citizens, the management lack of compassionate. Me and my wife have been inquiring about the place for months but have no response. Phone calls will be transferred to voice mail. No one would help you if you were there without an appointment. I'm glad that I'm not staying there!
I was there visiting friends and was outside sitting peacefully on a swinging couch with my walker waiting for a handicap bus to pick me up to take me back to my home when a maintenance man walked up to me and shouted “ who are you and what are you doing here” (in broad day light) I was so shocked and offended I told him it was none of his business!
