Staff are professional and kind. Clients are well taken care of. Staff often have activities for the clients. Grounds are immaculate and the courtyard is beautiful.
Great place for your loved one. It is clean. The caregivers are caring and engaging with the residents. The maintenance man keeps everything running and always willing to help out. The upper management is friendly with an open door policy to welcome you
My class and I volunteer at this facility. We visit, do crafts and play games with the residents. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and thankful. The facility is always clean and well kept.
This place is so great to deal with, they care more than any other place I’ve done business with!
My husband was at Avista for a bit over a year and as he was diminished by his disease his love for the staff only grew. His face would light up when certain staff members would enter the room or walk past him. He knew that they truly cared for him. He loved the time he spent in the beautiful yard helping to water and trim a bit. I can’t imagine that there is a lovelier yard in any memory care residence in Albuquerque.
