Had a high bill. I called in to pay and they signed me up for the My Energy Savings discounts. The representative also looked for credits on our account and found $118 worth of credits. Our bill went from $550 to half that. Avista offering these programs to people in this economy ia awesome.
I don't know why it is so difficult to follow proper procedures and place a notice before shutting off someone's power but this is the only city I've lived in where it's happened multiple times. No notice nothing in the email notthing in mail box nothing. Sick to death of not only being completely robbed by you monthly but also without notice or warning. Bam no power. Costs are highly inflated which I don’t think is legal but they will work with you on payment plans and arrangements
Perhaps if your CEO didn't make 5 million annually and you didn't give 5.5 percent of your revenue to shareholders, you wouldn't feel compelled to jack up the cost of your monopolized utility services every six months. Your Q2 revenue was 400 million, but that still wasn't enough for you.
