Called for a gas leak smell in a location I just moved into. Steve answered my phone call with every answer I needed and service they provide to be out here within the day. Amazing service, I highly recommend.
Avista is trash. Is there no oversight by the cities to make sure this company isn't stealing? Plenty of reviews of people being mistreated and/or having money stolen from them. The company doesn't post notices for shutoffs. Where is the government oversight to keep this trash company in check?
Prices - terrible Customer service - terrible Billing - terrible Overall, just another money hungry, pos power company. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.
The customer service girls that I've spoken to are super nice. But none of my questions ever get answered. I am confused as to how I can run 2 window AC units and strings of porch lights non-stop during the summer.. and then we switch to no string lights and no electric heat (we used a wood stove) during the winter.. and our prices go up drastically. How? Feels criminal that we pay more when we use less.
Would be no stars if I could. The woman who came to shut my power off thought it would be a wonderful idea to open her mouth and let all her personal issues out on me. Kindness goes a long way and obviously she's not going far. Get better people.
