Ann Marie and her MA is amazing. Only reason I am still with Advent health is them.
This office, be it Erie or Lafayette, cannot ever get it right with timely non-automatic prescription medication refills. I have a controlled substance medication. Every single month I am out of my medication for days, often weeks on end, because the staff/doctor just doesn’t send the order for refill to my pharmacy in time. This is WITH me calling them at least a week (7 work days) ahead of time. I have learned to have to call again and again every single month. The staff was super helpful and got everything we needed done in such a timely manner. We searched and searched for a clinic that accepts rocky mountain medicaid . Advent health is a great place with very friendly and helpful staff . Highly recommend!!
