The staff was super helpful and got everything we needed done in such a timely manner. We searched and searched for a clinic that accepts rocky mountain medicaid . Advent health is a great place with very friendly and helpful staff . Highly recommend!!
I’ve been coming here for about a year now. Dr. Brown is great. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and really listens to my concerns. The rest of the staff I have encountered here have been equally as great!
My initial visit to this office was very nice, but all communication since then has been awful.
Originally, I gave this primary care office 5 stars. After seeing NP Albright (Ann Marie) for a few months, I was very, very disappointed. My daughter has many medical issues, and after having NP Albright see her multiple times, she still said, "I only know this much about that," while holding up 2 fingers, showing an inch or so. One would like to think that the person managing your medical care cares enough to look up something they don't know. At least I know that I would like to receive that sort of thing. If you’re looking for transparency in pricing and billing DON’T come here! They billed my insurance over $360.00 just for me to come in for my medication refills. The Dr. spent a couple minutes with me and then bills this amount of money. I came into the office and asked for an itemized bill explaining why they billed my visit for so much and they wouldn’t provide any insight whatsoever…they gave me a billing number to call
