This review is long due, we got our first ever mortgage through Aviscent August 2025 in Maryland! Our friends advised us to contact Marina, her and her team explained everything to us, answered questions along the way and offered solutions. Rannie was our processor, and he was more than amazing! We couldn’t be happier with our experience! From start to finish, Francisco, Marina, Muhammad, and Ranney were absolutely incredible. They were always available to answer my calls and questions, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made us feel supported every step of the way. I want to thank Marina and her entire team for helping my 21-year-old son purchase his first home. Marina was the first person I contacted, and from the very beginning she was quick to respond, helpful, and very professional. She guided us through the process with care and worked very hard to negotiate with the builder so that my son’s mortgage insurance could be paid upfront. Irina Pastors (Aviscent Mortgage) Was working with us recently through the purchase process from the very beginning to the end till transaction was funded and closed. Have to mention that Buyer was a 1st time home buyer - new to the whole process. We were thoroughly impressed by Irina professionalism and constant communication.
