Never, ever rent from them! Our flight was delayed, meaning we wouldn't make it to the hotel to rent our reserved car until after the location closed at two. We called - no one answered, so we were put through to the reservation line. The man there told us people from Avis would be at the location up to three hours after our pick up time in case of such problems, so it would be fine. Hoy fui a levantar un carro que previamente recerve por internet, me dieron mi precio y mi numero de confirmacion. Me ofrecieron un carro merjor por 7 dolares mas al dia, y 65 Dls por aseguranza mas tax ovio. alo que mire ambos carros y el que yo habia recervado hera un asco, holia horrible, sucio, descuidado, rayones por todos lados, chocado por el lado derecho, con las llantas en muy mal estado y un ring quebrado, a punto de salirse la llanta.. very, very bad service, my wife when to pickup at car to take to see our son on texas for the memorial day next monday, but the car was on soo bad condion, she never rent the vehicle, she ask the girl was there for at diferent one but she seid the tha only other one she has was on suv, but the price was over the doble is the original one, my wife was very upset because she was trian to goo and see our song because he is on the military, i defenely not recomended avis is you next rental opcion, i hope the doble tree hotel by ... read more
