Reserved and prepaid a compact SUV nearly 3 months in advance for a family vacation. I received confirmation emails the day before pickup, then suddenly got a voicemail from this location saying they did not have a vehicle available for me. When I contacted the office, I was told to start calling other local Avis locations myself to try to find a vehicle. None had availability.
