Confirmed reservations they say no cars
Pathetic front desk staff and customer service. We prepaid a standard suv and they glued us with a truck saying that’s the only option they got even after reserving. Never renting from this place again
Terrible experience. Very scammy feel. Will tell you they have no other vehicles left but an EV to drive a one way. The gentleman at the counter said "you will be fine." Car was not charged all the way when recieved, but the paperwork said full fuel. This means you will be stopping multiple times to LA (3 minimum).
