Stuff working here knows barely nothing about the toll service. In addition, they cheated me about the fastrack service on highway 101. I was told by them, that with 3 people, without the fastrack machine, we don’t need to pay, which is wrong. Even with 3 people, the fastrack machine is still needed on the car. We enabled the toll service for the car and they couldn’t explain how will we be charged for the toll fee. In addition, they charged much more than the booked price. My review is a little late, but I've rented from this location 5 times now and have never gotten bad service. The cars I've gotten were all cleaned on the inside and drove without any issues. Typically for my rentals, I am traveling from NorCal to SoCal then back to NorCal. The fact that all the rentals I've gotten from this location has not given me any issues, I will be renting from this location more often.
