Was just wondering it you spent 1000.00 for a room. Would you expect the bathroom sink to be cracked, the draws on the dresser broken, the carpet in the room filthy, the worst caulking job in the bathroom. No ice bin, dirty coffee maker, not enough face and towels for 2 occupants. Worst Hotel I ever stayed at!
Great food .clean and nice
I was here on business and 100% will never be back. The staff are not friendly at all. Food was awful. Charged $28.22 for a bagel and a small black coffee. Bagel was stale. Nothing else looked appetizing. Greasy and extremely well done everything. Highly recommend another location.
We were stranded in NYC coming home from Europe so Delta put us up at the Long Island Hilton in Mellville. While the hotel Itself is a little tired and neglected in the halls/rooms, the folks working the desk and the office manager are exceptional. I left a valuable package in the lobby and Mr. Soufi not only retrieved it but Fed Ex’d it to me in time for Father’s Day. He and his staff were amazing checking in a slew of stranded passengers on a late Sunday evening effectively and efficiently as well. So grateful!
