Do NOT use this company. They pay their guys by the hour and they just sit around doing nothing so they can run up a bill and this company hands it to you. Like why do I have to pay for the ac man to sit around and wait on the plumber. Already spoke to a manager who did nothing about it. We purchased our home in September. It was renovated after Ian. The tub in one of our bathrooms has always drained slowly then eventually stopped draining at all. We set up an appointment with Avis, quickly, and we do not regret it at all! We were notified when the tech was 10 minutes out! He arrived on time and within the window we were told! We've had Avis for several years at Colonial Country Club. Once again, we had a main water line leak into one of our buildings. I called at 6:00pm and they called back at 7:45am the next day. They arrived at 9:45am and the leak was repaired by 2:30pm. Outstanding customer service, second to none. Thxs Avis. President, G.L #1.
