Arrived as told. Found problem and repaired. Very satisfied.
Joe Ewicz was very friendly and helpful. I called this morning and he came a couple hours later. Did what he could without the parts for the repair and made another appointment for me.
I’m in property management, so I deal with a lot of vendors, and our technician Matt truly stood out. We had a main line issue, and Matt was awesome! He communicated clearly, arrived on time, and worked efficiently. What I appreciated most was how he took the time to explain everything in detail and was honest about his assessment and the breakdown of the repair/work needed. He also took the extra steps to ensure everything was clear before he left. That level of transparency and care is hard to find.

We recently had Elmer at Avis Plumbing scheduled to fix some plumbing issues at our condo in Pelican Landing. My wife and I don't remember ever having a service technician from any company that was so nice and listened to our plumbing concerns. He was able to resolve multiple issues all within an hour's time. My wife is currently on the POA board in Southbridge, and we were so impressed with Elmer she will recommend Elmer from Avis Plumbing for future requirements.
