Avis replaced the air conditioner at one of our commercial units. A crane was needed which they arranged. The work looked to be neatly and promptly done. I have paid them in full and have requested a receipt multiple times via email, text and phone call. Several weeks have passed and I have yet to receive a receipt for payment given. This is highly disappointing as anyone who runs a tax abiding business knows that a receipt is needed for tax purposes to show business expenses.

I had high expectations for AVIS HVAC, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The technician arrived late without any apology, and the repair took much longer than promised. The system still isn't working properly, and I haven't received any follow-up or support. For the price I paid, I expected better service and results. Would not recommend if you need reliable HVAC service.
