I had an extremely disappointing experience with the staff when returning my car. I was made to feel like a criminal for simply trying to enter the return area. I initially asked a staff member if I could leave the car in the adjacent parking spots near the car wash, as the return bays were full. His only response was a curt and intimidating “Drive forward,” delivered with a harsh tone and a menacing look. Sydney Airport desk staff ladies went above and beyond at 10:30pm to ensure that I had a quick and effective check-in. Additionally, they radioed the lovely bus driver to wait a few minutes while they completed the check-in, so that I could get to my car quickly.
