Wonderful service by Marilyn: good recommendation and smooth ride.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. They dismissed us simply because we arrived early to pick up the car, even though we had requested this by email three days in advance. The service was extremely poor and clearly not focused on customer satisfaction. On top of that, there was a very long queue because only one of the four counters was operating, staffed by a particularly rude employee. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service.

Appalling service!!! We booked a vehicle for 11.30am stood at the counter for 30mins to be served and then told to go outside to collect it. We arrive in the Avis carpark and go up to another counter to be told we had to wait for a vehicle ?? What’s the point of making a reservation if they don’t bother honouring it. We were on a business trip so time was limited. Nearly an hour from arriving at the hire car desk we got a vehicle, not good enough!!! Hertz it is next time.
