Appalling service!!! We booked a vehicle for 11.30am stood at the counter for 30mins to be served and then told to go outside to collect it. We arrive in the Avis carpark and go up to another counter to be told we had to wait for a vehicle ?? What’s the point of making a reservation if they don’t bother honouring it. We were on a business trip so time was limited. Nearly an hour from arriving at the hire car desk we got a vehicle, not good enough!!! Hertz it is next time.
Spoke to the most lovely lady names Sheridan who was so fabulous!!! Customer service was off the charts. Could not recommend more!!!!
Nice car rental place without the airport tax!
