Called over the phone to ask if they can give me rough estimate of my trade in value today, Saturday 13pm (Carmax and everyone have this tool, it’s just KNB value, nothing secretive, given I have to drive 1.5 hours to there), the person who answered the phone answered with attitude and sarcasm, just enough to turn me down.
Had an amazing experience, quick and easy sale, wasn’t quiet and boring just conversations like a normal day. Twonya was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and just a great person all around.

We've bought 2 cars through Avis now, and both times were great. We worked with Ken Mobley, who was super friendly, honest & helpful. He has a very casual style and treated us like old friends. He showed us a bunch of cars and did a great job helping us narrow it down to one. George the manager was also very helpful, and worked hard to get us the best interest rate possible for our loan. We opted to get the $3,500 5yr / 60,000mi service plan (that cost varies vehicle to vehicle), just given that these are former rental cars.... read more
