I had an incredible experience: I felt welcomed, acknowledged, and all my needs/requests were met. I’m extremely grateful for Twonya. Her dedication and knowledge spoke volume. The whole team that took care of me that day was amazing, so a huge shoutout/thank you to Twonya and Jay. I 100 percent recommend requesting those two and this location (Avis in Colton) because their work is top tier and they’re genuine.

I bought a car at Avis. The salesman pulled a fast one or something. Some funny math. I walked out of there specifically remembering my payment was under $500. A couple weeks later I get the account info in the mail and my payment is over $500. What's up with that? Im not letting this go. I would have not taken the deal under these circumstances. I hope this is fixed.
Called over the phone to ask if they can give me rough estimate of my trade in value today, Saturday 13pm (Carmax and everyone have this tool, it’s just KNB value, nothing secretive, given I have to drive 1.5 hours to there), the person who answered the phone answered with attitude and sarcasm, just enough to turn me down.
