I got my Ford Fusion from Avis Car Sales back in 2021, and I am extremely disappointed. The car’s engine has already broken down, and I’m not even done paying off the vehicle yet. I trusted Avis to provide me with a reliable car, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down.
I had an overall great experience, very professional, quick to process and inviting.
I been going on and off with two guys name Calvin and Ted for about two weeks. From the start I told them that I got approved for an auto loan and kindly asked do they accept them because I would need a buyers order . They said yes then Ted sent me to Calvin . Now to get the buyers order they kept giving me the run around and even kept sending me a bill of sale knowing I needed a buyers order. Salesperson was great but this was the longest experience I’ve ever had and I came with my own financing if your time is money you will waste it here they literally have the check from my bank and I’m just sitting here in the lobby for 30 mins I’ll will buy from another location Morrow is slowwwwwwww no sense of urgency I came when the location opened to avoid the crowd and they still are wasting my time!!! horrible customer service
The car I was interested in was there and the price was what was advertised. No bait and switch. They also had other good cars but my insurance rental was up and I was running out of time or I would have checked out some other cars. Ted Ingram III was my salesman. He was extremely nice and efficient. He even helped me from home on his day off. The car was detailed beyond my expectation !!! Tamala White was the Finance Manager.
