Elvis made the car buying process as easy and pleasant as it can be. It is never a short/quick process but this was at least not stressful! After leaving another dealership where I felt misled, Elvis was refreshingly straightforward and patient. He took the time to let me look at multiple cars on the lot that matched what I was searching for and never once made me feel pressured. I went to this location to get myself a 2024 Honda civic, and Tim was extremely helpful and nice during the whole decision and buying process. When it came time for me to move to their managerial staff to finish up the paperwork they were just as nice and made me feel at ease through the process!
Easy transaction. No haggling which I liked. All the paperwork was completed by the time I went to pick up my car. Everyone was very helpful and nice.
