Very unorganized facility you should not be able to reserve a vehicle 1 day before and then once u get there told there are no vehicles available. Never book a day in advance you won't get a car. Not enough staff to keep the cars cleaned after each rental so your riding in some one else's trash. Use them as a last resort.

Overall good experience with the staff, Sotera was very helpful
We rented the Honda odyssey and we absolutely loved it. Has a lot of leg room and trunk space. Definitely worth renting for a road trip.
