Do not rent here! We made a reservation for a week in advance to rent a truck for work purposes we used a cooperate card to hold the reservation. We came in at 2 pm to pick up the truck on Monday the set date. They said oh you were not here at 10 am so we sent it to another location. It was a 24 hour hold we were well with in the time limit ,no phone call and we drove an hour to pick up. They did not have another truck which we needed for this job.We were scheduled to leave the next morning by 5 am .
I wouldn't even give a one star. AVIS charged me for things I didn't agree to. They gave me a up grade on a vehicle saying it was because they didn't have the size car I rented. There would be no charge for the up grade. When I returned the vehicle they charged for the up grade. All together they over charged me over 700.
Fast experience
Great service good vehicle
