Our plane was diverted from Bozeman, MT so a ton of us were looking for rental cars. The airport vendors wouldn't release any of their cars one way, so we were almost all stranded. Thankfully we found Avis, and they indeed picked us up! Our driver was incredibly nice as well as everyone helping us into our cars, mind you, this was also a Sunday!! The owner or manager actually came from just having a new baby (his wife) to help us all, we went from stranded to finally heading home with a quick and easy experience!🙌

Such a great experience with them. We had a delayed flight that had us flying into IDA way later than expected. Our arrival was past their business hours and they were so accommodating. I was kind of freaking out and felt so bad, but so grateful.

I had an exceptional experience with Avis, and a huge part of that was thanks to Joel. Not only was the rental process smooth and efficient, but Joel went above and beyond by recommending some fantastic local food spots that really enhanced our trip. His hospitality and local knowledge made our experience memorable. Five stars for their outstanding service!

I highly recommend this location! The shuttle service was incredibly timely, and the customer service team was both friendly and welcoming. It made for a completely convenient, hassle-free rental experience from start to finish.
