The best rental car experience I have ever had. No question.
They said they didn't have my number to call me to cancel or to tell me the car wasn't available but I went to enterprise and they did have my phone number on file. Overall booked a car they didn't have but since I had been waiting for 2 hours they couldn't call me to tell me before going.
Horrible all around! Do not trust your reservation. There is no guarantee your car will be ready. I waited all morning after pre paying. Had to Uber to enterprise
