Never renting from Avis again... had a reservation at a different location but was informed 30 mins before the reservation that they didn't have any cars. Tried calling different locations but no one answers phones. Called customer service and they said this location had cars. So I came here and they said they didn't have anything and there's nothing they can do. Said they "tried to call me" but never received a call or voicemail.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this location. Albert and Augustin were absolutely amazing! They went out of their way to help me and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy; with 2 small kids. Their kindness, patience, and positive attitudes were refreshing. It's rare to find customer service this exceptional these days, and they deserve recognition for the care they show their customers. Thank you both for making such a difference. I've used this location a couple of times and the staff has been so helpful and nice! I watched them handle some challenges pretty well too!

Kate was amazing! She helped us with everything we needed and was the only employee working that day. Despite being on her own, she handled every customer with professionalism, efficiency, and kindness. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the experience a great one. Highly recommend!
