Fast, professional service, with a great car. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
Airport - RDM is easy in and easy out. Cars - Avis has great variety and rented at a fair price PEOPLE - if you haven’t interacted with Ethan at the AVIS counter, you’re missing out. He provides A+ service, is very professional, and truly shows caring for the customer. What a nice guy. Also helps that it’s obvious he enjoys his job, a rarity it seems a lot of places I go. I’m going back for all of the above, but customer service is the key driver for me.
Easy pick up even though we arrive five hours late. The vehicle was the one we had reserved, and drop off was super simple.
