I come to Bend and Redmond often, and am a regular user of Avis. Love the service. RDM is a zero hassle airport, and I am out with my car and bags in 10 minutes after landing.
Excellent experience as a first time car rental. We were greeted by a very friendly young man, the vehicle was clean and the instructions were clear so we were on our way. Easy return as we flew out pretty early in the morning and just dropped the key in the box.
Incompetent people at the counter. I have a corporate code that includes LDW and liability but was accused of using third party vendor instead. Know how to do your jobs before stepping behind the counter.
Convenient, quick and easy.
