Felicia was AMAZING!!! (all by herself) Her professionalism was superb and made my experience pleasant. I had to wait a little bit but she kept her smile. Lost a star because car was not washed and little gas.
Avis Rental Experience — Extremely Disappointing This was my first time renting with Avis, and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment from beginning to end. First, I’m not sure why Avis allows customers to reserve a vehicle for a 6:00 PM pickup when the Pembroke Lakes Mall location closes at 6:00 PM.
